The beer was cold and the service was pretty good. The huge downside is that the food was not that great. We had "grouper" bites, but did question if it was really grouper. Also had a drink from the bar and it tasted like water. We had been traveling all day so I was looking forward to a drink and relaxing a bit. I ordered a shot on the side, it was not a standard size shot. The shot glass was mostly weighted glass and it was designed to make you think you were technically getting a shot, when actually it was more of half of a shot, although you pay for a full shot. The server was nice enough but did get my order wrong. We didn't send it back, because you hear stories of what goes on when food is sent back when it's wrong. The tater tots were awesome though just like the cafeteria lady used to make. But, there are plenty of people into cold beer and butts and this is the place for you! Enjoy!!:-) *Thanks for your kind response and offer. Next time we are in the area we'll try again.

I normally don't give low ratings. However this first experience at a Wing House may very well also be my last. Walking into a mostly empty restaurant at 11pm, and having to almost argue with the on duty manager about where we prefer to sit is a bit much when you're on an empty stomach. I understand that there's a "system" to seat patrons in the section of the server next on deck. But as a customer if I want to be at a regular table and not a high top, and the place is empty...how bad is it to accommodate us? Ok. So now THAT rant is over. On the to food: It's tasty! Wings were hot and crispy, the beef sliders were indeed well done, chili cheese fries are HUGE, as are the nachos! They have food and drink specials almost every day. I'm still not sure if I'll be back. But maybe another location...

Great food - sit at the bar on Monday night for football and great service - suggest the all you can eat wings and get them traditional - naked and hot - in case your team is losing on MNF

Bar food at its finest . Had a double burger and a big salad tonight. Most of the time the service is spot on.

The wing house is clearly is no hooters and this resturant represents what hooters wants to be when it grows up. Our waitress Samantha was able to keep up with our food order and drinks all while maintaining a great personality and sense of humor. Rock on wing house your doing a great job.

We chose Winghouse because of proximity to our hotel, though we weren't expecting much. It was about 3 pm on a weekday, and the place was pretty quiet. We were seated immediately. We opted for the wings, it being Winghouse and all. One portion of 10 we had "Naked," which is all drumsticks, no-skin. They had decent flavor but were a wee bit dry...that's what you get for going skinless I suppose. The flavor on those was Garlic Parmesan. The other 10 were "Hot," Buffalo style. These were quite good, not super hot, but there were several hotter levels to choose from for those wanting a real burn. Clearly part of the draw here is supposed to be the girls serving the wings. It's pretty typical of a Hooters or Twin Peaks type place, with the Winghouse gals winning the "serious wedgie" category. Service by Savannah was excellent! She was attentive and professional, and knowledgeable about the menu, beers on tap, etc.

They don't have that many flavors for wings but man this is the best value you can get for wings and beer I especially like to go there after 10 pm to get the happy hour specials The waitresses are friendly and helpful with fast service

I never served in the food industry but holy shit... This waitress needs to vary the "are you ok??" She came and did the drive by "are you ok?" like twelve times. Let me hear "can I get you another beer?" "How is everything?" Felt like I was with a therapist. That scene in Good Will Hunting "It's not your fault". "I'm fucking ok!!" Was something I should have said. The wings were ok- tasted a little undone but much bigger than Hooters' wings. Don't expect fast service here either. Just overheard her say "are you ok?" To another customer. Maybe it's just me.

Wings are ok , called to Make sure they were showing the broner vs taylor fight spoke to Kiera who confirmed they were . Once I arrived it turns out they were not ! Complete waste of gas and time. Needless to say I won't be back the manger basically said "oh well@ when i explained the situation .

Decent Food, but I was stuck with a horrible server by the name Tiff. She came over and took our drinks and disappeared for literally 20 mins. The place was not busy what-so ever and when we looked over towards the back, she was coming out from the restroom area fixing her pants. (Really? .....cant you fix that before coming out?) After our wings and fries were brought out, another 20 mins later she asked "Are you KIDS doing ok?" uhhh, i'm probably older than you are but thanks for calling me young. Waiting for our check took longer than waiting for our food. She was too busy having a full on conversation with the staff at the front that I had to ask the manager to bring out the check. She then finally brought out the check after the manager got on to her, but not once did she apologize. *thumbs down for this location

On a business trip I decided wings would be a welcome change... However, while the food was at best OK, the service was absolutely terrible. Took 10 minutes to be rudely greeted. Then 10 minutes after my order was taken, it was placed in the kitchen's window to be picked up. And as I waited to receive my food - the waitress asked for my payment. Then over 20 minutes after my order had been placed in the window for pickup, she brought it to me. In truth it appeared; the real business of Winghouse is scantily clad young women serving drunks at the bar and working for their tips. Bottom line - my impression was that since I was not there to drink and stare at the exposed flesh, I was not viewed as a real customer.

Wings were good, not dry, served with wing tips which was interesting. Charged extra for celery as well as blue cheese dressing. They had a "full bar" but not frangellico. Great beer selection and nice server. Photos on the wall of women in bikinis were creepy. Lowbrow atmosphere with good beer sums it up.

I stopped in for a friend's birthday party on a football Sunday. I have no interest in sports what so ever .There were 20-25 adults in the group split between 2 tables. The food service was average, but the drinks took a long time to get refills. One of my friends had to ask 3 times for the same drink, and didn't receive it until everyone was leaving. The food is not impressive to me, but a lot of the party was happy with their wings. Their curly fries weren't curly, they were just crescent shaped, no actual curls or "springs" of fries like you'd want. I also had the grilled fish tacos. They were not bad. I probably would have preferred a fish and chips type combo, but that was okay. My tab between me and my husband was $48 plus tax. I feel I could definitely get better quality for the same price at other places, even just across the street at Amigos, but if you want a good place to drink pitchers of beer and watch various football games, this place may suit you. If I was a football fan I would have probably had a better time. If the parking lot up front is full check the side of the building. There were plenty of empty spots on the side that people just didn't' think to check, instead over flowing in the front parking.

WingHouuse....hmm HOT girls, cheap beer and good food. This place is like a Hooters but with better food and prices and much better looking girls, every weekday is happy hour from 4pm-7pm and draft beer is only $1.00, YES one dollar ..an un beatable price. The staff is friendly and quick to serve you and really take care of you as far as making sure you keep getting those beers specially at the bar , witch TV's nearby you can watch any of the games that are going on and enjoy a good conversation with a friend or friends, they also have pool tables available for use. Good atmosphere and I had no complains , I am surprised so many people gave it bad reviews but I will definitely be back and will update again soon..Four stars this time!

My wife and I had dinner here this past Sunday night. The wings were really good. We got naked medium and the flavors and amount of sauce were perfect. Our server was attentive and friendly (and cute). We also got the queso nachos and the queso was a little iffy. Overall wonderful experience and would be 5 stars based on the wings and service. Thank you!

It was Wednesday when I just so happened to see a sign for all-you-can-eat wings. I figured my appetite was big enough to consume a few orders and get my monies worth, so I went inside. I was quickly greeted and led to my table. The waitress came soon after to take my drink order at which point I asked her about the special. I was disheartened to discover I read the sign too quickly and that the special only applied to boneless wings. I'm not a fan of boneless wings, mainly because they aren't usually "wings", but just chunks of chicken meat that are deep fried, which is what these looked like. I tried my first order with the mango habanero sauce, which was tasty. The second order with medium sauce was just OK, however. The service was consistent and friendly, however I seemed to have 2 or 3 different waitresses assisting me, which wasn't a bad thing in some ways (insert *wink* here), but was in others. After I asked one waitress how much a side of potato chips were (because I wasn't paying $3.29 for a side of curly fries), she said she would find out and then disappeared. A second waitress came over and I asked her the same question, to which she replied "$1.00". I said I'd take them but she never brought them out. A little bit after that point, I was getting full and found it best if they didn't bring them out. When I received the bill, I was charged for the chips that never came out, and not charged for my drink that I did get. Normally I would point this error out, but figured I would be waiting there until closing if I did that. Instead I kept quiet and left a little extra for the tip in case they caught the mistake afterwards and the waitress had to cover it out of her own pocket. If you were given the option of what kind of wings you could have, this would have been a 4-star review. The atmosphere, although similar to Hooters, was definitely better, but the wait staff needs to get more organized before this rating can hit 5 stars.

Great wings, consistent every single visit. Average beer selection and if you visit in December you'll get a chance to buy a calendar. It was our waitress's first day and she was great, never an empty glass be it beer or soda.

Overall, this is your typical hot waitress, beer, and wing restaurant. I don't expect fine dining, but I did expect my wife's chicken to be cooked to a point that it would be safe to eat. They did not deliver on the latter. When we pointed out this obvious failure by their kitchen they told us they were making her a new chicken wrap. They did not. They cut up the raw chicken, cooked it, and re-stuffed it into the tortilla. There was no apology. The manager never approached our table and we got to pay full price for the whole meal. I'm sure I could have been more vocal about it, but I can just get my mediocre bar food served by women somewhere else from now on. I would advise anyone else to do the same.

The service here is god awful. We have been back a few times over the last few months hoping for a better experience but it never happens. Last night I told the waitress she had brought us dirty plates (the serving plates she brought still had ketchup from a previous meal on them) and she just shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn't her fault.

This place is totally a hooters knockoff. However great service and great drink prices. I will say the breaded wings are really wet and not that good.

I love wings, and I'm all about wings. This place is nothing spectacular but it's good and I would rather eat the wings here than in hooters. It's a good place to watch any game and get your beer plus wings on. They have other things in the menu like burgers, tacos, salads, soups, and of course those good ol' curly fries and onion rings but my go-to is the wings. My favorite thing to order is the Garlic Parmesan (Original - breaded) it use to be really saucy, now it's a dry rub. Kinda bummed out about that, but still good, mild/medium, and now a new fav the Dallas. Food comes out pretty fast, but that's if it's not on a busy night, and if you're in a group make sure you double check your orders! Things can get mixed up and last thing you want is you're food not coming out and in the way you wanted it. Don't get tooo distracted with the girls who serve you, we all know that eyes wonder ;)

The other day my coworkers decided to order to go from the Winghouse. They made over $110 from our eight orders. I went over the orders twice with the gal on the phone. She re-read everything back accordingly. 1) none of the dressings which came with the buffalo chicken salads, the spinach salad or the chicken fingers came with the order. 2) one of the gals wanted her buffalo chicken on the side. Didn't happen. 3) the fries were soggy and gross. 4) the naked chicken wings was tough, overcooked almost 5) and the worst - my very sweet coworker who went to pick up our orders had six filled bags in hand. No one - not the manager, not any of the workers - NO ONE offered to open the door or even help her carry a bag or two as she was leaving the sad excuse for a restaurant that this is. She's a very nice lady who wouldn't hurt a fly and that treatment just killed it for me. If I could offer a negative star, I would!

Very good service. I come here a few times a week. Beer us always super cold and the girls are very friendly. I just wish they would change the music once in a while. They Play the same thing every day. I don't know how the employes can stand it everyday.

Stumbled on this place while staying at the Residence Inn on Douglas. It was right behind the hotel, and looking for a night cap stopped in. Admittedly, I am not a Breastaraunt fan. I know these type of places are on the rise, but like any restaurant with a great view, the food tends to suck. If your a foodie you know never dine on the rooftop, Oceanside or at the mountain's edge. These places excel at mediocre to horrible eats but continue to exist on clientele who don't care or know about food and dine with their eyes. Enter Winghouse and if your not appreciate of the generous double helping they parade, your not going to find much here worth coming back for.

Horrible service on both of my visits. First visit, waitress seemed bothered that she was working. Visit last night (7/17), waitress was no where to be found. From the time we placed our order, to the time we were finished eating, our waitress did not come by our table. Another waitress delivered our food, and we ended up getting up and getting our own silverware and catsup. Plenty of staff hanging out by the front door, but no service. Pretty good wings, but not worth the poor service.

1 hour 45 minutes to get cold soggy food. No manager, many people walked out in disgust. It's Halloween so it's advertised, we went early to avoid this and the server was upset as the MAYHEM in the kitchen (evidently) cost her some BIG $$. The topper though was when the "food bringer" brought the food, someone asked her for something and her response was "I only have two arms, okay?" After 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting. Nice. I sent an email to some "info" address but doubt I'll get an answer. There are many places where one can get bar food and see a pretty server so this place is off the list. Been going there for years too and didn't have high expectations so for me to be disappointed is pretty sad actually. 11/19/12: After emailing the mgt. and not getting a response, I sent another after seeing the comment here. I don't get the sense that anyone really bothered to check back to find out what happened that day but Ms. Smith was nice enough to comp us 50 wings. My buddies and I will go back and hope things go smoother. Thanks.

I ordered 10 wings to go. BAD IDEA! The wings were terrible. They gave me 8 wingtips, 2 drumsticks. The service was terrible, she actually sat down to sign calendars AFTER I just gave her my credit card. Carmen was her name and she was terrible. I actually believe it was because I made a to go order at 930 at night... I won't ever be ordering to go at Winghouse again.

If they had good food, it would be better. I know you don't go here for the food, but it doesn't need to be this bad.

LOL I think it's funny that women give this place a low rating simply because of the boobs LOL Anyway... the food is decent, the prices are average and the girls are okay for the most part ;o) I usually have the boneless wings which have always been fresh. Today I tried the mini-burgers and though bland, were not bad. Their salads are always fresh and large. Try to go during the early part of the week - if you go on a Friday, expect to be there a couple of hours as the place gets packed and it takes a while to get your food.

This place is self-explainitory. Girls and wings. I went for wings and they were ok... until I left. They were either undercooked or they have a special "food poisoning" sauce they use. As soon as I told my friends, they all had similar stories. Maybe you should steer clear of this particular Wing House.

  • Joe K.

Having just recently visited this establishment after 5+ years of absence it's no wonder I didn't really recall my last trips here. Very mediocre food and mediocre food delivery service. For a table of six it took at least 45 mins to get wings. The waitress are nice and pleasant to customers so if you're here for the "view" I'm sure you'll have a splendid time. If you're here to actually dine on some wings or food might I suggest elsewhere as it's nothing splendid or noteworthy.

Outstanding. Loved the food. Huge portions. Much more attractive young ladies here than Hooters.

I used to be a frequent visitor at this restaurant between maybe 2005-08 when my friends and I watched football here on Sundays and when we occasionally stopped in on weekday evenings. I don't necessarily think that there's anything that separates this WingHouse from any of the others that I've been to, and I probably used to frequent it so much due to its convenient location and because of the friendly (and attractive!) staff and not because its food was so amazing, but I don't think that there is anything wrong with it, either. A friend and I were here maybe a week or so ago for an hour. We sat outside on the patio adjacent to the front door since it wasn't overly hot or humid outside. Our servers were very friendly - we had two, perhaps because one of them was a new employee and was being trained. Upon arriving, we were greeted right away by a hostess or perhaps fellow server and, after sitting outside, were acknowledged right away by our servers. Each of us had two beers. My friend ordered a mahi or some other fish sandwich; I didn't ask him how it was, but he appeared to eat all of it, so it must've been pretty good, or else he just was very hungry and would've eaten anything. I had an order of fried cheese sticks, which were good but were pretty much your garden variety cheese sticks. The inside of the restaurant appears to be pretty much unchanged from how it was in the old days. There are a lot of TVs to look at here, and I'm sure that they show just about any NFL/college football game during football weekends. This place used to be a pretty big draw for my friends and I in the past, but as we grew older (I don't want to say "matured," since I'm not sure that such a thing happened) we started hanging out at different bars and ones at which fans of our teams frequented. I have a lot of good memories hanging out at this WingHouse, though there also are a few that I wish I didn't have (the Minnesota Vikings humiliated my Giants one year, and I watched the game at this WingHouse and, due to my frustration, I made a fool of myself). I'm unsure I ever will be a "regular" here again, but it never hurts to stop in every once in a while and see how things are. In my experience, the service and food always has been good here, though nothing spectacular, especially where the food is concerned. It's good, but definitely not the best in town. The attention-getters here clearly are the beautiful women employees, the beer and the large number of TVs showing numerous sporting events. That works for me. Perhaps this WingHouse really should be rated more of 3 and not a 4, but since the servers are cool and I never have had an issue with anything I've ordered, I'll give this WingHouse the benefit of the doubt and assign it a 4-star rating.

    (4)
  • Jenna W.

The food and restaurant itself is good. The wings are delicious and the place is kept nice. The reason I'm not giving this place a "great" rating is that the service is mediocre at best. Took us a few minutes to get seated even though there was practically no one there, and our waitress was just not all together there.

    (3)
  • L. J.

Wings have absolutely no flavor. Chicken wings had the flappers still attached. How can they call this place the winghouse if they haven't mastered the chicken wing.

If you go here for the food, well, it's your fault. There is this "dream team" at the bar. The blonde one is rude & condescending.

    (1)
  • Krys G.

If your looking for hot looking girls with short shorts and lots of clevage - you've come to the right place. The wings are average - kind of chewy. Just like a Hooters! Half the place is a bar with pool tables and the other half is the dining area with TV's everywhere. Boobs everywhere you look! A guy would give this place five stars I'm sure!
